How does personalization work?

Check Personalize it on any product, type your text, pick a font and color, and add a photo if you like. We email a free proof within one business day, and nothing prints until you approve it.

How long will my order take?

Every item is made to order. Most orders are made in 2 to 3 business days after you approve your proof, then Standard Shipping takes 3 to 5 business days in the US.

When should I order for Christmas?

Order by December 15 for delivery by Christmas with Standard Shipping.

How much is shipping?

US Standard Shipping is $5.99, and free on orders of $35 or more. International shipping is $29.99.

Will the case fit my phone?

Each case is cut for one exact model. Pick your phone from the Device list on the product page. Our magnetic tough cases are compatible with MagSafe on iPhone and with Qi2 magnetic charging on Galaxy S26.

Can I return an item?

Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or does not arrive, email info@distinct.ink with your order number and we will make it right.
